Common questions
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Balancer does not create a cloud account for your activity history.
How do I back up?
In the app, open You → Your data → Export JSON (or CSV for activities). Keep the file somewhere safe.
How do I delete everything?
You → Your data → Delete all local data, or uninstall the app. Exported files you saved elsewhere are not removed automatically.
Reminders aren’t showing
Confirm notifications are allowed for Balancer in Android settings, then check You → Reminders.
App lock
App lock uses your phone’s biometric or screen lock. Balancer never stores that secret.
